w19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown above. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend that you bookmark this page and check it before each session if you have any concern about policy updates.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in English. If any translated version is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

To register and maintain an account on the w19 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You must not be acting as an agent or nominee for any third party when placing bets or making deposits.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended w19 account.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement.

w19 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Where an account is found to have been registered using false or misleading information, w19 may immediately terminate that account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w19 support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the w19 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered w19 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. w19 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. This verification process is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement.

w19 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any identity verification review. w19 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network interruptions.

Where a deposit is made using a bonus or promotional offer, the withdrawal of funds may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that promotion. Players must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be accepted on the associated balance.

w19 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts held by individuals other than the registered account holder. Any attempt to use payment methods belonging to another person will result in immediate account suspension and the return of funds (less any transaction costs) to their source.

w19 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the BPL cricket season, and IPL. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Only real-money bets placed on eligible games count towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Bonus funds themselves do not count.
• Different games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not withdrawn before the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.

w19 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or any other technique deemed abusive by w19 at its sole discretion — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Register an account if you are under 21 years of age, or provide false date-of-birth information to circumvent this restriction.
• Create more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using an alias, a family member's details, or any other identity.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with games.
• Exploit software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will not be paid.
• Engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event on which bets are placed.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security infrastructure, or underlying data.
• Use the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion or account suspension arrangement.
• Transfer funds between player accounts or accept funds from another player's account.
• Make deposits or withdrawals using payment methods that do not belong to you personally.

w19 employs fraud detection, identity verification, and behavioural analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, w19 may freeze account access, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and take any other action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and its players.

All content on the w19 Platform — including but not limited to the w19 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of w19 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal and recreational use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the w19 name, logo, or brand marks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws. w19 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

The w19 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or free from interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including network outages, server maintenance, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w19 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss, however caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it.
• Any technical failure, system error, software bug, or network disruption that affects the outcome of a game or the processing of a transaction.
• Any financial loss resulting from your own decisions to place bets or use the Platform.
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays outside w19's direct operational control.

Gambling involves financial risk and is an entertainment activity, not a source of income. w19 strongly recommends that all players set personal spending limits, play responsibly, and seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable. w19 is not responsible for gambling-related financial losses incurred by players on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

w19 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

The personal data collected during registration and ongoing account use — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history — is used for the following purposes: account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (where consent has been given), and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

w19 uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your browser and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers strictly as required for service delivery.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by w19, subject to any legal retention obligations that prevent immediate deletion. Requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your w19 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days of receipt.

Suspension or Termination by w19: w19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account is found to have been registered by an underage individual.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account is linked to another account that has been suspended or terminated.
• w19 is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory body.
• Continued operation of the account would pose an unacceptable risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.

Where an account is terminated by w19 for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to player conduct (for example, where w19 ceases operations in a particular jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and w19 that cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration or an appropriate dispute resolution body at w19's discretion.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact w19 support at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly by our support team without the need for formal proceedings.

No Class Actions: Any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as part of a class action, group litigation, or consolidated proceeding against w19.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and w19 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
